Our Leadership
Our Pastor
Tony grew up in a non-Christian home. He’d never attended church, nor heard the gospel, or anything about living for Jesus. Then, during his high school years he had a close friend get saved. As this friend started walking with Jesus he began to pray for Tony and periodically share about the Lord with him. Over time the Holy Spirit began bringing spiritual conviction upon Tony’s life as he saw his own need for the Lord. Ultimately, one month after graduating high school, that friend was used to pray together with Tony to receive Jesus Christ as His Savior and Lord. This surrender and spiritual conversion brought about a major life-change by the Lord. The following years were a time of personal growth as a Christian.
As Tony’s desire to serve the Lord increased, he spent 6 years leading youth ministry at Calvary Chapel Vineland, NJ. His pastor was also mentoring him in things pertaining to ministry. In 1999 Tony was ordained as a pastor. That same year, having begun an outreach Bible study in York PA just a few months prior, he then moved his family to York where they planted Calvary Chapel York. Tony pastored this church for the next 13 years, while also serving as a Police Chaplain. In 2011 he began doing outreach ministry by teaching a weekly Bible study in the New Jersey shore area. In 2012 he turned over the leadership of CC York in order to follow the Lord’s calling to move to NJ to plant a new Calvary Chapel in connection to the above mentioned Bible study. Since then, he has been pastoring Calvary Chapel Gateway. Tony has been married to his wife Trish since January of 1995 and they have 3 adult daughters.

Tony is currently assisted in providing leadership at the church by those who serve on the church’s board of overseers, as well as those who help to oversee different areas of ministry.
