Missions
Every year we establish a budget that enables our church to invest 10% of the church’s annual income into providing financial support to various missionaries, missions organizations, and outreach efforts during the calendar year. A substantial part of this is accomplished by partnerships we establish whereby our church sends monthly financial support to different foreign missions works.
Our current partnerships include:
For Zions Sake (Israel)
Paul Goodwin (missionary in England)
Mama Tara Orphanage (Honduras)
Reach Out Honduras (school in Honduras)
Far Reaching Ministries (Sudan, Africa)
In Calvary’s Care (Dominican Republic)
We also make periodic “responsive” donations to various ministry efforts (not limited to helping just our monthly partners) when we see ministry works taking place during the year and sense the Lord wants us to become involved to help partner by offering provision. For example, we provide a monthly breakfast served in Atlantic City for the less fortunate with a gospel message. Finally, we also invest financial resources, as well as acts of service, into conducting various evangelistic ministry efforts here in our local community as the Lord directs us to.
